Narrative:
Confusion arose between the marshaller and pilot as to whether or not the ground power unit had been removed from in front of the airplane and the airplane taxied into the ground power unit sustaining substantial damage. I believe that had 2 people been used as ground marshallers this incident would never had happened.

Title: COLLISION WITH GND POWER UNIT.
Narrative: CONFUSION AROSE BTWN THE MARSHALLER AND PLT AS TO WHETHER OR NOT THE GND PWR UNIT HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM IN FRONT OF THE AIRPLANE AND THE AIRPLANE TAXIED INTO THE GND PWR UNIT SUSTAINING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE. I BELIEVE THAT HAD 2 PEOPLE BEEN USED AS GND MARSHALLERS THIS INCIDENT WOULD NEVER HAD HAPPENED.
