Narrative:
Runway 9R at tmb was recently re-opened after lengthening and is open during normal tower operations. An additional intersection was added to this runway. This additional turnoff/intersection has shifted the identification of the intersections along this runway. These changes have not been charted and could [cause] confusion while exiting the runway and is in close proximity to a hot spot resident at an intersecting runway.
Original NASA ASRS Text
