Narrative:

A falcon 10 was ready to turn base for ILS. Instead of issuing a right turn I mistakenly said left to 030 heading. The falcon turned left as instructed an entered a 3;000 ft MVA. I noticed the turn and realized the problem and issued a climb to 4;000 and a right turn to 030 and pointed the falcon out to adjacent sector. The pilot did a great job of complying with instructions. I need to relearn the difference between my right and left. Or just say fly heading.
