Narrative:

March 2012; flights abcd and abbe were both operated with the [same] issue; without notice until halfway through flight YYY when the flight attendant (F/a) notified me that row 10-clearance delivery had two speaker panels and row 9-CD had two [passenger] oxygen (O2) panels. Which means that row 10-clearance delivery would not have had O2 if there had been an emergency. During some kind of maintenance; the panels of O2 and speaker panes were installed wrong.
