Narrative:

[We were] cleared for takeoff on runway 28. While on the takeoff roll I noticed the IAS flag appeared on my airspeed tape around 60 KTS for about 1 second then went away. While going through 80 KTS the IAS flag re-appeared and I noticed it was also on the first officer's pfd as well. I decided to execute a rejected takeoff at approximately 90 to 95 KTS. Contributing factors included: weather and icing conditions [on previous leg]. Since we were heading back into possible weather and icing conditions I felt it was safer to abort and call maintenance for guidance.
