Narrative:
The new taxi line around construction and some of the other taxi lines at pdx have an excellent reflective material in them. They almost 'jump out' and say here is the route. Its been a number of years since I have been into pdx, but this new (to me at least) taxi line point should be a must at all foggy airports and preferred at all airports.

Title: REPORTER STATES THAT SOME TXWY LINES AT PDX HAVE EXCELLENT REFLECTIVE MATERIAL, THUS INCREASING VISIBILITY OF TXWY IN IMC.
Narrative: THE NEW TAXI LINE AROUND CONSTRUCTION AND SOME OF THE OTHER TAXI LINES AT PDX HAVE AN EXCELLENT REFLECTIVE MATERIAL IN THEM. THEY ALMOST 'JUMP OUT' AND SAY HERE IS THE ROUTE. ITS BEEN A NUMBER OF YEARS SINCE I HAVE BEEN INTO PDX, BUT THIS NEW (TO ME AT LEAST) TAXI LINE POINT SHOULD BE A MUST AT ALL FOGGY ARPTS AND PREFERRED AT ALL ARPTS.
