Narrative:
Met aircraft at gate in mco. Found oil on right engine cowling, beneath engine and throughout inside of cowl. CSD maintenance preceded flight from ord. CSD fill stem broken completely off CSD case. In addition, engine oil cap was lying on bottom of cowl. No logbook entries entered to show what CSD maintenance was done or who last checked and filled engine oil. Trip cancelled, revenue lost, CSD replaced, aircraft back in service 11 hours later.

Narrative: MET ACFT AT GATE IN MCO. FOUND OIL ON RIGHT ENGINE COWLING, BENEATH ENGINE AND THROUGHOUT INSIDE OF COWL. CSD MAINT PRECEDED FLT FROM ORD. CSD FILL STEM BROKEN COMPLETELY OFF CSD CASE. IN ADDITION, ENGINE OIL CAP WAS LYING ON BOTTOM OF COWL. NO LOGBOOK ENTRIES ENTERED TO SHOW WHAT CSD MAINT WAS DONE OR WHO LAST CHECKED AND FILLED ENGINE OIL. TRIP CANCELLED, REVENUE LOST, CSD REPLACED, ACFT BACK IN SERVICE 11 HRS LATER.
