Narrative:
An light transport pulled out on runway 32L at T1 intersection just as we were over threshold of runway 32L for landing. A go around was accomplished over the light transport. We had been cleared to land on runway 32L as we crossed jocky OM. I do not think the light transport had been cleared onto the active runway by the tower. Supplemental information from acn 100996: the ATIS stated arrival runways of 27L and right. Departure runways of 32L T1 and 22L. Our sequence was #4. All 3 departed in sequence. After the medium large transport started its takeoff roll the tower said, 'xyz, you are next.' I began to move up to the hold short line, awaiting a clearance to taxi into position and hold at the intersection. I then called for the runway checklist because I wanted to give my new first officer enough time to carry them out west/O feeling rushed. The taxiway was covered with snow and ice, even though the runway was dry. I inadvertently crossed the hold short line and had no intention of going onto the runway west/O proper clearance.

Title: COMMUTER-LTT UNAUTH RWY ENTRY CAUSES ACR-WDB GO AROUND.
Narrative: AN LTT PULLED OUT ON RWY 32L AT T1 INTXN JUST AS WE WERE OVER THRESHOLD OF RWY 32L FOR LNDG. A GAR WAS ACCOMPLISHED OVER THE LTT. WE HAD BEEN CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 32L AS WE CROSSED JOCKY OM. I DO NOT THINK THE LTT HAD BEEN CLRED ONTO THE ACTIVE RWY BY THE TWR. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 100996: THE ATIS STATED ARR RWYS OF 27L AND R. DEP RWYS OF 32L T1 AND 22L. OUR SEQUENCE WAS #4. ALL 3 DEPARTED IN SEQUENCE. AFTER THE MLG STARTED ITS TKOF ROLL THE TWR SAID, 'XYZ, YOU ARE NEXT.' I BEGAN TO MOVE UP TO THE HOLD SHORT LINE, AWAITING A CLRNC TO TAXI INTO POS AND HOLD AT THE INTXN. I THEN CALLED FOR THE RWY CHKLIST BECAUSE I WANTED TO GIVE MY NEW F/O ENOUGH TIME TO CARRY THEM OUT W/O FEELING RUSHED. THE TXWY WAS COVERED WITH SNOW AND ICE, EVEN THOUGH THE RWY WAS DRY. I INADVERTENTLY CROSSED THE HOLD SHORT LINE AND HAD NO INTENTION OF GOING ONTO THE RWY W/O PROPER CLRNC.
