Narrative:
Adjacent sector busy, no assistant (d-side). A supervisor was helping coordinate. Penetrated my airspace west/O coordination. No deviation was filed, as required. Staffing is inadequate. A d-side would have prevented.

Title: THIRD REPORT ON SAME SWING SHIFT THAT STATES NO COORD WITH ACFT PENETRATING REPORTER'S AIRSPACE.
Narrative: ADJACENT SECTOR BUSY, NO ASSISTANT (D-SIDE). A SUPVR WAS HELPING COORDINATE. PENETRATED MY AIRSPACE W/O COORD. NO DEVIATION WAS FILED, AS REQUIRED. STAFFING IS INADEQUATE. A D-SIDE WOULD HAVE PREVENTED.
