Narrative:
This type of occurrence seems to happen almost on a daily basis coming out of dfw. Airlines is the largest regional carrier in united states, not to mention that its operations at dfw are conducted under far part 121. The philosophy of dfw approach/departure is to keep all propeller aircraft under the TCA. This is not only wrong, but more importantly it compromises the safety of every flight. This altitude of chief of the dfw approach facility is to keep us down this low that far from the airport is ridiculous. This is the third time that I have written about this problem and I know that there are many other pilots who have written about this problem. I hope that there isn't a midair before this policy is changed. Please investigate and or redo this policy. It desperately needs to be changed.

Narrative: THIS TYPE OF OCCURRENCE SEEMS TO HAPPEN ALMOST ON A DAILY BASIS COMING OUT OF DFW. AIRLINES IS THE LARGEST REGIONAL CARRIER IN UNITED STATES, NOT TO MENTION THAT ITS OPS AT DFW ARE CONDUCTED UNDER FAR PART 121. THE PHILOSOPHY OF DFW APCH/DEP IS TO KEEP ALL PROP ACFT UNDER THE TCA. THIS IS NOT ONLY WRONG, BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY IT COMPROMISES THE SAFETY OF EVERY FLT. THIS ALT OF CHIEF OF THE DFW APCH FAC IS TO KEEP US DOWN THIS LOW THAT FAR FROM THE ARPT IS RIDICULOUS. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THAT I HAVE WRITTEN ABOUT THIS PROB AND I KNOW THAT THERE ARE MANY OTHER PLTS WHO HAVE WRITTEN ABOUT THIS PROB. I HOPE THAT THERE ISN'T A MIDAIR BEFORE THIS POLICY IS CHANGED. PLEASE INVESTIGATE AND OR REDO THIS POLICY. IT DESPERATELY NEEDS TO BE CHANGED.
