Narrative:
After arrival; I noticed that the btms readouts were 3 and 4 on the left main gear and 1 and 5 on the right. I wrote up the 1 and 5 on the right main brake readouts. When maintenance trouble shot the discrepancy they found the hydraulic line quick connect to the right inboard brake was not connected. They reconnected the line and the system operated normally for the subsequent flights.

Title: CRJ-200 Captain noticed abnormal brake temperatures after arrival. Inspection revealed right inboard brake quick disconnect line not connected.
