Narrative:

I was working sector 21 and I just took radar on a B737 climbing to 15;000 ft and a CRJ9 checked on climbing to 15;000 ft. I thought it was the B737 checking on and I climbed him to FL230. The CRJ9; which was in a different sector and I didn't have radar on; took the clearance and climbed. I never caught the wrong call sign. I would recommend listening to the full read back until moving on to the next thing.
