Narrative:

Jan/89 taxiing from the gate, ground control advised that the RVR to runway 29R was less than 6 RVR at runway 11L was more than 6. I was asked if I needed both TDZ RVR and rollout RVR for takeoff. I answered I only needed one RVR TDZ for takeoff. I took off from runway 11L with RVR more than 6. Rollout RVR less than 6. No problem arose. It was my understanding of the FARS at the time.
