There is no sign which identifies taxiway bravo at chs when exiting the ramp from gate xx onto taxiway bravo; nor is there a sign which identifies the crossing taxiway which intersects taxiway bravo.although it is obvious per the commercially provided airport page where taxiway bravo should be; there is no signs which identify taxiways bravo or the crossing taxiway charlie when exiting the ramp area from gate xx onto bravo.

Title: An air carrier pilot reported inadequate identification signs for Taxiways Bravo and Charlie at CHS.
