Narrative:

At our out stations we have approved WX observers for when the tower closes. All we have to do is call our station agent and they read us the current WX. On this night the tower was closed and we called our agent to get the current WX. They read the WX to us and we shot the approach and landed. The WX was 600' like they said. Once on the ground we found out that the WX we received was over 1 hour old and there was no WX observer on the ground.
