Narrative:
On this date, acting as a first officer on a flight with a headache, believed to be associated with a head injury that was sustained in jul/96 from a fall while flying for this company -- due to their not paying workman's comp, or complying with alpa contractor as financially required and due to their forcing myself into court, I am financially unable to turn down these flts, for the company will use this as a way to terminate me in order to remove a worker (first officer) that speaks out against them for they have been acting in bad faith as to self-insured guidelines and pressuring me to return to work and not paying back benefits and being irresponsible with this employee -- possibly discriminating against myself as union grievance chairman tells me 'you're the only one having these problems with the company' on feb/tue/97. Hope this problem will subside though have my doubts and must protect my earnings, now and for future.
