Narrative:
Departing runway 24 at teterboro (teb) on the ruudy RNAV SID; we missed the level off altitude of 1;500 MSL by 300 ft prior to wentz intersection. The new york center controller advised us that it was not a problem and to make sure we level at 1;500 MSL when on the ruudy 4 departure SID.

Title: A Falcon flight crew failed to level at 1;500 MSL while flying the RUUDY RNAV SID from TEB.
Narrative: Departing Runway 24 at Teterboro (TEB) on the RUUDY RNAV SID; we missed the level off altitude of 1;500 MSL by 300 FT prior to WENTZ Intersection. The New York Center Controller advised us that it was not a problem and to make sure we level at 1;500 MSL when on the RUUDY 4 departure SID.
