Narrative:
At XA20L the lead F/a notified the cockpit that there was a medical emergency in the cabin. An elderly woman was incapacitated. The F/east was sent back to see what assistance was needed. 3 medical doctors were giving cpr when the F/east arrived. He asked if the medical kit was needed. The doctors said to bring it. The kit was opened and used by the doctors. Specifically, the epinephrin was injected, 3 needles used. They informed the F/east and the F/a's that the woman was deceased. That was about XA30. They said there was no reason to divert to tpa because nothing could be done. At this time we had just passed tpa and started the descent into fll. Based on the fact that all 3 doctors were more than emphatic that nothing more could be done, I elected to continue to fll.
