Narrative:
Landed on runway 26R, cleared runway at B5, received and understood instructions to hold short 26L. Approaching the taxiway hold line for runway 26L, I was momentarily distracted looking inside for gate number. When I looked up I realized that I was past hold line. I stopped immediately. Tower then called unsure of our intentions or exact position, elected to have departing aircraft on 26L abort his takeoff which he had just started.

Title: ACR MLG RWY TRANSGRESSION AFTER LNDG CAUSING TKOF ABORT ON PARALLEL RWY.
Narrative: LANDED ON RWY 26R, CLRED RWY AT B5, RECEIVED AND UNDERSTOOD INSTRUCTIONS TO HOLD SHORT 26L. APCHING THE TXWY HOLD LINE FOR RWY 26L, I WAS MOMENTARILY DISTRACTED LOOKING INSIDE FOR GATE NUMBER. WHEN I LOOKED UP I REALIZED THAT I WAS PAST HOLD LINE. I STOPPED IMMEDIATELY. TWR THEN CALLED UNSURE OF OUR INTENTIONS OR EXACT POS, ELECTED TO HAVE DEPARTING ACFT ON 26L ABORT HIS TKOF WHICH HE HAD JUST STARTED.
