Narrative:
I received taxi clearance to proceed down charlie taxiway and hold short of runway 07. I taxied the aircraft down charlie taxiway to the hold line and stopped. At the hold line was a runway marker. There was a light single on short final. I saw another hold line by the runway threshold. I released the brakes and rolled forward and around the turn toward the next hold line. Ground control advised me to hold my position. I did so. Ground control then cleared me into position and hold on runway 07. We were then cleared for takeoff. During the incident the first officer was handling the radios. He advised me of our hold short clearance. I advised him that I thought that the hold line we passed was an ILS hold line and that the next one was the runway hold line. I could now see that the hold line that I thought was the runway hold line was blackened out. My self and my first officer had not flown together before this trip. Neither of us had been into patrick henry international before. The NOTAMS did not reflect the change on the hold line. The aircraft was scheduled for an european trip and had an international data base which led to confusion on the flight deck as well as increased workload on the crew. Only after taxiing past the hold line did I see the second hold line was blackened out.

Title: LGT TAXIES PAST RWY HOLD LINE ON PARALLEL TXWY TECHNICALLY COMMITTING A RWY TRANSGRESSION.
Narrative: I RECEIVED TAXI CLRNC TO PROCEED DOWN CHARLIE TXWY AND HOLD SHORT OF RWY 07. I TAXIED THE ACFT DOWN CHARLIE TXWY TO THE HOLD LINE AND STOPPED. AT THE HOLD LINE WAS A RWY MARKER. THERE WAS A LIGHT SINGLE ON SHORT FINAL. I SAW ANOTHER HOLD LINE BY THE RWY THRESHOLD. I RELEASED THE BRAKES AND ROLLED FORWARD AND AROUND THE TURN TOWARD THE NEXT HOLD LINE. GND CTL ADVISED ME TO HOLD MY POS. I DID SO. GND CTL THEN CLRED ME INTO POS AND HOLD ON RWY 07. WE WERE THEN CLRED FOR TKOF. DURING THE INCIDENT THE F/O WAS HANDLING THE RADIOS. HE ADVISED ME OF OUR HOLD SHORT CLRNC. I ADVISED HIM THAT I THOUGHT THAT THE HOLD LINE WE PASSED WAS AN ILS HOLD LINE AND THAT THE NEXT ONE WAS THE RWY HOLD LINE. I COULD NOW SEE THAT THE HOLD LINE THAT I THOUGHT WAS THE RWY HOLD LINE WAS BLACKENED OUT. MY SELF AND MY F/O HAD NOT FLOWN TOGETHER BEFORE THIS TRIP. NEITHER OF US HAD BEEN INTO PATRICK HENRY INTL BEFORE. THE NOTAMS DID NOT REFLECT THE CHANGE ON THE HOLD LINE. THE ACFT WAS SCHEDULED FOR AN EUROPEAN TRIP AND HAD AN INTL DATA BASE WHICH LED TO CONFUSION ON THE FLT DECK AS WELL AS INCREASED WORKLOAD ON THE CREW. ONLY AFTER TAXIING PAST THE HOLD LINE DID I SEE THE SECOND HOLD LINE WAS BLACKENED OUT.
