Narrative:
Air carrier airline continually exceeds taxi speed in a very congested area (between 2 terminals #1 and #2), pulls excessive power on start of taxi blowing dirt at people working on ramp. This problem does not occur only at night, but all hours when air carrier aircraft are operating. In my opinion it is only a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt.
