Narrative:
During cruise flight the 'stab out of trim' light illuminated. We performed the 'stab out of trim' QRH procedure and the stabilizer did not respond to electric trim inputs. We then accomplished the 'stab trim inoperative' checklist and were able to use the operative manual trim wheel for controlling trim. We declared an emergency with center and accomplished an uneventful flaps 15 landing at our destination.
