Narrative:
Upon arrival in mgm crew told ramp agents our maximum count was 30 passengers with 37 bags. After takeoff we notice the aircraft was tail heavy, and upon arrival in atl we counted bags along with atl ramp agents and found the aircraft was loaded with 44 bags and 631 # of freight equaling 1688 # total in the tail. As per my understanding in our last recurrent training class the ramp personnel who's signature appears on the form is responsible for the loading of the aircraft per instruction of the flight crew. Our maximum bag or weight in the cargo compartment is 1215 # or 50 bags. As you can tell we were well overgrossed!!
