The aircraft was just bought, new registration certificate has been applied for. The FAA has not had time to renew the registration for the new owner. I do not understand how the pink copy is good as a registration certificate only part of the time!!

Narrative: THE ACFT WAS JUST BOUGHT, NEW REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE HAS BEEN APPLIED FOR. THE FAA HAS NOT HAD TIME TO RENEW THE REGISTRATION FOR THE NEW OWNER. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THE PINK COPY IS GOOD AS A REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE ONLY PART OF THE TIME!!
