Narrative:
Over the west end of dauphin island traveling 120 degree I saw a coast guard jet descending towards me flashing his landing lights. I took immediate evasive action turning right and descending rapidly to 1200'. He took no evasive action. That area around dauphin island needs some type of ATC coverage to coordination civilian and military traffic coming in and out of and navigating around W-453.
