Narrative:

Departing from lga on the laguaria four departure; we were cleared direct to parke waypoint and given a climb. We inadvertently accelerated past 250 KTS passing 10;000 ft MSL instead of waiting until passing 11;000 ft MSL in accordance with a note on the SID. Most other SID's at lga have speed instructions listed under the SID name instead of the note section on top of the SID. Each SID format should be similar for all departures or speed information should be posted next to the fix. Aircrew should be careful and read all information on every part of the approach/departure publications.
