Narrative:

As I was taxing out from the gate to the runway; suddenly the right engine propeller feathered at 900 RPM. As I was with full passenger and bags load; I was unable to taxi back to the gate. I coordinated with ground control and the company maintenance and the ramp people. The passengers were transported from the plane back to the gate and the airplane was towed to the maintenance hangar. I was assigned another airplane and continued the flight.
