Strong burning dust odor/fumes upon climb out; near level off. Unknown passenger injury; most cabin crew had reaction to fumes. Coughing; bloody sinus discharge; headaches; dizzy; burning eyes. This event did not seem to affect me physically.

Title: A330 Flight Attendant reported most of the cabin crew and an unknown number of passengers experienced physical effects from fumes in the cabin during climb.
Narrative: Strong burning dust odor/fumes upon climb out; near level off. Unknown passenger injury; most cabin crew had reaction to fumes. Coughing; bloody sinus discharge; headaches; dizzy; burning eyes. This event did not seem to affect me physically.
