Narrative:
First officer's takeoff. At about 60 KIAS we got a master caution light and a level 2 flap disagree alert. Rejected takeoff performed by captain; cleared runway; coordinated with ATC; ramp tower; and maintenance; returned to gate; wrote logbook entry. [It was] beautiful weather. Aircraft had previous write-ups for flap disagree in flight problems; which maintenance attempted to repair.
