Narrative:
Prior to pushback; the captain and I discussed that the aircraft's logbook showed a recent history of problems; including a recent airspeed disagreement in-flight of 50 KIAS. During takeoff; both airspeed indicators came alive normally. Upon making the 80 KIAS call; the captain pointed out an asi disagreement flag and rejected the takeoff. When the thrust levers were brought to idle; rejected takeoff braking activated. As quickly as possible; the captain deactivated the rejected takeoff allowing smooth braking and we exited the runway at taxiway V. After exiting the runway; flight attendants reported that a passenger had been leaning forward during takeoff and hit her head on the seat in front of her during the abort. Flight attendants reported that the passenger's neck hurt; eyes were watering; and felt nauseated. We informed operations and asked paramedics to meet us at the gate.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: A B737-700 CREW REJECTED A TKOF BECAUSE AT 80 KTS THE AIRSPEED DISAGREE FLAG WAS VISIBLE. PREVIOUSLY; A 50 KT AIRSPEED DIFFERENCE WAS NOTED IN FLT.
Narrative: PRIOR TO PUSHBACK; THE CAPT AND I DISCUSSED THAT THE ACFT'S LOGBOOK SHOWED A RECENT HISTORY OF PROBS; INCLUDING A RECENT AIRSPD DISAGREEMENT INFLT OF 50 KIAS. DURING TKOF; BOTH AIRSPD INDICATORS CAME ALIVE NORMALLY. UPON MAKING THE 80 KIAS CALL; THE CAPT POINTED OUT AN ASI DISAGREEMENT FLAG AND REJECTED THE TKOF. WHEN THE THRUST LEVERS WERE BROUGHT TO IDLE; RTO BRAKING ACTIVATED. AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE; THE CAPT DEACTIVATED THE RTO ALLOWING SMOOTH BRAKING AND WE EXITED THE RWY AT TXWY V. AFTER EXITING THE RWY; FLT ATTENDANTS RPTED THAT A PAX HAD BEEN LEANING FORWARD DURING TKOF AND HIT HER HEAD ON THE SEAT IN FRONT OF HER DURING THE ABORT. FLT ATTENDANTS RPTED THAT THE PAX'S NECK HURT; EYES WERE WATERING; AND FELT NAUSEATED. WE INFORMED OPS AND ASKED PARAMEDICS TO MEET US AT THE GATE.
