Narrative:
In my opinion this entire operation is unsafe, with inoperative instruments on IFR trainers, inadequate training for chkrides, and falsification of flight hours on most chkrides, which have nearly no oral, and often occur late at night for less than reasonable time, eg, 45 mins, but are quoted on reports to FAA as 2 hour chkrides with 1 hour oral. This operation hands out flight tickets to anyone with the cash. In the public interest alone I feel their actions are criminally negligent, but then what does the FAA care? It's a candy store operation, and the FAA does not supervise as long as FBO makes his money. Yet when the accidents continue to occur down the line and within the operation, nothing changes.
