Narrative:
Descending via the ravnn arrival. Looking at the chart the arrival comes from 2 different directions and funnels into one final route. We were coming down the right side flight path (as looking at the chart); every altitude crossing restriction is written below each fix name on the right hand side of the chart for the right hand approach; and the left hand side for the left hand approach except for the ott fix. It has the name on the right hand side and the crossing restriction on the left. We both looked at the chart and agreed together to descend to 6;000 feet. We missed the crossing at ott at 9;000 ft. The FMS alerted a message as I descended below 9;000 ft. We quickly corrected but pretty sure altitude showed about 8;600 ft roughly 2.5 miles prior to the ott fix. We corrected and flew the rest of the STAR.make the chart clearer. List the crossing restriction directly below the name if the fix is consistent with the other fixes on the same chart. Or on a route that converges on a single point like that from 2 separate directions put the crossing restriction on both the right hand and left hand sides of the fix.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: An ERJ crew descending on the RAVNN Arrival overshot then climbed back to the 9;000 feet OTT constraint after noticing the altitude constraint and name are reversed from all others on the right flight path.
