Narrative:

On final for runway; fully configured for landing; at approximately 800 ft to 900 ft; the aircraft warning for windshear called for a go-around. It was day VFR with no clouds and a wind condition of nine knots. I asked tower for a wind report and they called wind on the surface at 4 KTS. There was no associated turbulence and we had smooth conditions. I told the first officer to continue for landing. [We] landed uneventfully with no change in wind conditions. I asked maintenance about the situation and they claimed it was occurring regularly at stl.
