Narrative:
We encountered a hydraulic leak on our number 3 system which led to a number 3 system failure. We ran the appropriate checklists then called [company] on our satcom and agreed that we were safe to continue. The checklist calls for a manual gear extension which we did but the center gear did not extend. We left the pattern; worked the problem. The weather was good. ATC was informed. After exhausting all options we landed. The fire crew inspected our jet after vacating the runway. There was no visible damage.
