Narrative:
Making 250 KT and 8000' at fueler intersection is not a problem. However, the restriction of a 7000' maximum and 6600' minimum at downe is too restrictive and almost impossible to make with a new type aircraft. This aircraft is really clean and very hard to slow down and descend. On this approach you must use full speed brakes to make this crossing. Extremely difficult to watch outside for traffic and comply with the downe restriction. Suggest removing all altitude restrictions from fueler to the final fix. The corridor going into lax is very busy and you must keep an outside vigilance to avoid a midair. The restriction at downe intersection is ridiculous. You cannot fly this approach and look out also. This restriction is placed there because of an arwy crossing. I can't understand why the FAA would allow an arwy crossing the profile and approach path into lax. This is an extremely busy corridor with a history of a midair. Please do what you can to remove the arwy crossing and this altitude restriction. I may have missed this altitude because I was trying to look out and avoid any traffic conflicts.
