Narrative:
After completion of pushback, started all engines normally, initiated and completed after-start checklist. Given clear signal by ground crew to taxi, commenced taxi and initiated and completed before-takeoff checklist. Within approximately 15-30 seconds, after completion of the before takeoff checklist, F/a's rang emergency call signal. Through interphone were advised of smoke in cabin and over right wing root area. Cabin smoke was confirmed by second officer on request of the captain. Called tower to confirm the smoke in right wing root area and they concurred. Advised tower to call emergency men and equipment out to us and stated our situation. Second officer initiated APU fire procedures. Captain advised F/a's to prepare the cabin for emergency evacuate/evacuation. Stopped and set parking brake and initiated passenger evacuate/evacuation procedures. Flight crew conducted their respective duties according to the company emergency checklist, passenger evacuate/evacuation. After completion of the evacuate/evacuation procedures, crew proceeded to area where the passenger had been gathered by our ground personnel to check on their status.

Title: SMOKE IN CABIN AFTER PUSHBACK AND ENGINE START. CONDUCTED EMERGENCY EVACUATION. SHUT DOWN APU AND ACFT.
Narrative: AFTER COMPLETION OF PUSHBACK, STARTED ALL ENGS NORMALLY, INITIATED AND COMPLETED AFTER-START CHKLIST. GIVEN CLEAR SIGNAL BY GND CREW TO TAXI, COMMENCED TAXI AND INITIATED AND COMPLETED BEFORE-TKOF CHKLIST. WITHIN APPROX 15-30 SECS, AFTER COMPLETION OF THE BEFORE TKOF CHKLIST, F/A'S RANG EMER CALL SIGNAL. THROUGH INTERPHONE WERE ADVISED OF SMOKE IN CABIN AND OVER RIGHT WING ROOT AREA. CABIN SMOKE WAS CONFIRMED BY S/O ON REQUEST OF THE CAPT. CALLED TWR TO CONFIRM THE SMOKE IN RIGHT WING ROOT AREA AND THEY CONCURRED. ADVISED TWR TO CALL EMER MEN AND EQUIP OUT TO US AND STATED OUR SITUATION. S/O INITIATED APU FIRE PROCS. CAPT ADVISED F/A'S TO PREPARE THE CABIN FOR EMER EVAC.
