Narrative:
While taxiing out a fuel truck was attempting to cross over to the fuel truck staging area. The fuel truck was driven directly at the radome of my aircraft. When the [truck] came within roughly 100 feet of my aircraft I turned on all additional lighting and stopped the aircraft. The fuel truck still continued on a collision course with my aircraft until it came within 25-50 ft; at which time it swerved to avoid hitting my aircraft. Due to the last minute and erratic maneuver taken by the driver of the fuel truck it was apparent that they had not seen my aircraft due to some type of distraction.
