Narrative:

There is a lighted billboard just to the right of the extended centerline and abeam the approach end of the runway that is very bright and is a distraction. The sign could cause a severe distraction during a low visibility approach; especially at night. The sign needs to be relocated so as not to shine in the pilots' eyes while on final approach below 100 ft.
