Narrative:
Holding number one for takeoff runway 13L at skbo we were given the clearance 'after the departing airbus line up and wait runway 13L' the first officer read the clearance back exactly as stated above. Tower said 'affirmative.' while waiting for takeoff clearance I saw our TCAS alert turn yellow with traffic 200 ft above us. We watched that traffic go around. A few minutes later we were given takeoff clearance.
