Narrative:

Heard cabin altitude horn. Saw cabin altitude passing through 10,000' and right pack trip light on. Performed immediate action to keep cabin altitude below 14,000'. Arrested cabin altitude at approximately 11,500'. Captain initiated emergency descent. Reset pack and returned cabin to normal. Did not drop passenger O2 masks since cabin stabilized and returned to normal very expeditiously. Pack functioned normally for rest of flight.
