Narrative:
Working as air attack supervisor on the pinhook fire for the us forest service we had requested and received a temporary airspace restriction for a 10 mi radius around the fire from sfc to 5000' MSL (far part 91.91). At about XA30-XB00 local, a flight of mlt's was seen flying in trail through the restr area at about 700' AGL from southwest to northeast. No known conflicts occurred between aircraft, but it was a hazardous situation since we had marginal visibility with much smoke. At the time of this incursion on our restr area. We had 2 helicopter's working in the smoke from sfc to 500' AGL, an small transport working as lead plane from 500' AGL to 1500' MSL, 2 medium large transport air tankers working with the lead plane and an small aircraft working air attack at 2000'. All pilots, civilian and military, need to check NOTAMS and should be aware that whenever there is a large wildland fire (or other disaster type operations). There may be lots of aircraft working on the scene--not just on big fires out west!
