Narrative:
I finished the roll-out and the controller I felt gave me the right clearance. According to the later communication to tile tower they claim I'm in the wrong. At the time I felt I did nothing wrong. I crossed the active with an aircraft on approach, when I saw it, it was still on approach not touched down, therefore instilling more confidence that I complied with the instructions just given to me. In retrospect, it was the most busy time I've ever seen at the airport. I was given instructions to make a 360 degree turn from final back to final, etc. After I was down, the call to contact tower was a complete surprise to me. I feel to prevent this in the future is to somehow stop the negligence I feel if the tower controllers in busy time just to hurry things up and in the sacrifice of communication quality, I've noted many discrepancies by other pilots, and of the attitude of the controllers, arrogant attitude. I've also heard flying cloud is an airport used to break in new controller.

Title: AFTER LNDG, PLT CROSSES ACTIVE RWY WITHOUT PERMISSION OF TWR. DOES NOT BELIEVE HE IS IN ERROR.
Narrative: I FINISHED THE ROLL-OUT AND THE CTLR I FELT GAVE ME THE RIGHT CLRNC. ACCORDING TO THE LATER COM TO TILE TWR THEY CLAIM I'M IN THE WRONG. AT THE TIME I FELT I DID NOTHING WRONG. I CROSSED THE ACTIVE WITH AN ACFT ON APCH, WHEN I SAW IT, IT WAS STILL ON APCH NOT TOUCHED DOWN, THEREFORE INSTILLING MORE CONFIDENCE THAT I COMPLIED WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS JUST GIVEN TO ME. IN RETROSPECT, IT WAS THE MOST BUSY TIME I'VE EVER SEEN AT THE ARPT. I WAS GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE A 360 DEG TURN FROM FINAL BACK TO FINAL, ETC. AFTER I WAS DOWN, THE CALL TO CONTACT TWR WAS A COMPLETE SURPRISE TO ME. I FEEL TO PREVENT THIS IN THE FUTURE IS TO SOMEHOW STOP THE NEGLIGENCE I FEEL IF THE TWR CTLRS IN BUSY TIME JUST TO HURRY THINGS UP AND IN THE SACRIFICE OF COM QUALITY, I'VE NOTED MANY DISCREPANCIES BY OTHER PLTS, AND OF THE ATTITUDE OF THE CTLRS, ARROGANT ATTITUDE. I'VE ALSO HEARD FLYING CLOUD IS AN ARPT USED TO BREAK IN NEW CTLR.
