Narrative:
My main rotor blades made contact with the power line tower we were working on. I was hovering next to the structure while a worker was on the skid of the helicopter working on the line. A hoist he was using to hold the line failed. The line came at the helicopter and down; landing on my skid pulling me down. As a result; my blades made contact with a bond wire above the structure.
