Narrative:
While boarding the last passenger the aircraft shook. Upon leaving the cockpit and inspecting the aircraft it was found a large garbage truck backed into the left wing. The first several inches of the wing were taken off requiring sheet metal mechanics to repair well enough to ferry to a better equipped maintenance base. The truck operator was maneuvering around a loader and did not have anyone helping him clear the area.
