Narrative:
I think the problem arose when my student and I became disturbed about another aircraft with engine trouble while in the circuit and we cleared the pattern for them. When they finally made it to the runway and they reported clear, we approached and landed. We discovered that the gear was up from the sound of the belly scraping the runway. Fortunately there was no airframe damage or injury to the student or me. The only damage to the aircraft was bent propellers.
