Narrative:
Takeoff runway 14L passing through approximately FL052 and 244 KIAS in a light rain; 'flaps up' was called for (first officer flying); 'flaps up allow' was displayed; slats showed extend with 'no up allow'. Airspeed got red boxed and stick shaker occurred. Slats were re-extended; but it appears slats were only put into the back portion of the ret (retract) detent without an 'up allow' again and a second stick shaker occurred. Slats were definitely extended second time and remainder of take off was uneventful.
