Narrative:
During takeoff at approximately 90 KIAS the anti-skid light illuminated, all other systems indicated normal. Takeoff was continued, then at 115 KIAS (V1 = 152 KIAS) the aircraft shuttered (like tires were out of round) and the aircraft then collapsed to the right. Normal rejected takeoff procedures were initiated. The aircraft came to a complete stop about 1500' from the departure end of the runway and 15-20' to the right of the centerline. The tower and crash crew were alerted. The passenger and cabin crew were told to remain seated. The aircraft was left on the runway and not moved after the crash crew told us that both tires were missing and that there was no indication of a fire. Approximately 5 min after the aircraft was stopped the 'D' F/a told me he had heard a pop shortly after we began our takeoff roll. There was no communication of any abnormality from the cabin crew at any time prior to this. The passenger remained on the aircraft for approximately 40-50 mins until the busses and stairs arrived. One passenger (male mid 50's) stated he had been ill earlier in the day, felt nauseous and requested the paramedics. The on scene paramedics examined him and found him to be okay. He walked off the aircraft with all the other passenger and boarded the new flight. All phone calls to the sr duty personnel were made and required letter submitted.

Title: ACR ABORTED TKOF AS ACFT REACTED IN A VIOLENT MANNER DURING AN APPARENTLY NORMAL TKOF ROLL.
Narrative: DURING TKOF AT APPROX 90 KIAS THE ANTI-SKID LIGHT ILLUMINATED, ALL OTHER SYSTEMS INDICATED NORMAL. TKOF WAS CONTINUED, THEN AT 115 KIAS (V1 = 152 KIAS) THE ACFT SHUTTERED (LIKE TIRES WERE OUT OF ROUND) AND THE ACFT THEN COLLAPSED TO THE RIGHT. NORMAL REJECTED TKOF PROCS WERE INITIATED. THE ACFT CAME TO A COMPLETE STOP ABOUT 1500' FROM THE DEP END OF THE RWY AND 15-20' TO THE RIGHT OF THE CENTERLINE. THE TWR AND CRASH CREW WERE ALERTED. THE PAX AND CABIN CREW WERE TOLD TO REMAIN SEATED. THE ACFT WAS LEFT ON THE RWY AND NOT MOVED AFTER THE CRASH CREW TOLD US THAT BOTH TIRES WERE MISSING AND THAT THERE WAS NO INDICATION OF A FIRE. APPROX 5 MIN AFTER THE ACFT WAS STOPPED THE 'D' F/A TOLD ME HE HAD HEARD A POP SHORTLY AFTER WE BEGAN OUR TKOF ROLL. THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION OF ANY ABNORMALITY FROM THE CABIN CREW AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO THIS. THE PAX REMAINED ON THE ACFT FOR APPROX 40-50 MINS UNTIL THE BUSSES AND STAIRS ARRIVED. ONE PAX (MALE MID 50'S) STATED HE HAD BEEN ILL EARLIER IN THE DAY, FELT NAUSEOUS AND REQUESTED THE PARAMEDICS. THE ON SCENE PARAMEDICS EXAMINED HIM AND FOUND HIM TO BE OKAY. HE WALKED OFF THE ACFT WITH ALL THE OTHER PAX AND BOARDED THE NEW FLT. ALL PHONE CALLS TO THE SR DUTY PERSONNEL WERE MADE AND REQUIRED LETTER SUBMITTED.
