Narrative:
During takeoff the engine left compressor stall level 2 alert displayed. This was accompanied by two loud bangs; vibration and loss of thrust on the left engine. We initiated the abort at approximately 120 kts and stopped on the runaway. After having the airport fire department inspect the tires and aft section of the plane for visible damage and shutting down the engine; we returned to the gate.

Narrative: During takeoff the ENG LEFT COMPRESSOR STALL level 2 alert displayed. This was accompanied by two loud bangs; vibration and loss of thrust on the left engine. We initiated the abort at approximately 120 kts and stopped on the runaway. After having the airport fire department inspect the tires and aft section of the plane for visible damage and shutting down the engine; we returned to the gate.
