Narrative:
I departed VFR from zanesville, oh at XXXX local time, flying direct to bolton airport, located southwest of columbus, oh on the appleton VORTAC, 241 degree radial 35 SM. Flight was conducted in my small aircraft at 2500' MSL. I contacted columbus approach on frequency 132.3, they gave me a transponder code of XXXX to squawk and radar identified me 17 mi east of port columbus int'l airport. I stated my destination as bolton airport. I then contacted bolton tower, the controller told me to report 3 mi east of airport for left downwind to runway 22. By this time I was already 3 mi east so I just turned left downwind for runway 22 and reported as such. The tower controller faulted me for not reporting 3 mi east, but after locating my aircraft he cleared me to land runway 22. I had been previously advised of an small aircraft doing touch and go lndgs on this runway. I do not recall any further transmission as to its location. I landed and braked to a stop about 30' beyond the first taxi turnoff to the right. Without apparently thinking, I made a 180 degree turn on the runway so that I could taxi off. The tower controller advised me that I had made an illegal 180 degree turn on the runway, and also advised the approaching small aircraft doing touch and go lndgs that he may want to make a go around. I estimated the small aircraft to be 1 mi from runway 22 at the time I departed the runway. I had 2 other passenger and my wife aboard. I believe that I had been too concerned and attentive with them, leading to inappropriate decisions regarding my flying responsibilities. To correct this type action in the future, I must isolate myself from others in aircraft and concentrate on flying and navigating the aircraft.

Title: AFTER LNDG JUST BEYOND THE FIRST TXWY, PLT DID A 180 TURN AND TAXIED BACK ON RWY. TRAFFIC ON FINAL DID A GO AROUND.
Narrative: I DEPARTED VFR FROM ZANESVILLE, OH AT XXXX LCL TIME, FLYING DIRECT TO BOLTON ARPT, LOCATED SW OF COLUMBUS, OH ON THE APPLETON VORTAC, 241 DEG RADIAL 35 SM. FLT WAS CONDUCTED IN MY SMA AT 2500' MSL. I CONTACTED COLUMBUS APCH ON FREQ 132.3, THEY GAVE ME A XPONDER CODE OF XXXX TO SQUAWK AND RADAR IDENTIFIED ME 17 MI E OF PORT COLUMBUS INT'L ARPT. I STATED MY DEST AS BOLTON ARPT. I THEN CONTACTED BOLTON TWR, THE CTLR TOLD ME TO REPORT 3 MI E OF ARPT FOR LEFT DOWNWIND TO RWY 22. BY THIS TIME I WAS ALREADY 3 MI E SO I JUST TURNED LEFT DOWNWIND FOR RWY 22 AND REPORTED AS SUCH. THE TWR CTLR FAULTED ME FOR NOT REPORTING 3 MI E, BUT AFTER LOCATING MY ACFT HE CLRED ME TO LAND RWY 22. I HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF AN SMA DOING TOUCH AND GO LNDGS ON THIS RWY. I DO NOT RECALL ANY FURTHER XMISSION AS TO ITS LOCATION. I LANDED AND BRAKED TO A STOP ABOUT 30' BEYOND THE FIRST TAXI TURNOFF TO THE RIGHT. WITHOUT APPARENTLY THINKING, I MADE A 180 DEG TURN ON THE RWY SO THAT I COULD TAXI OFF. THE TWR CTLR ADVISED ME THAT I HAD MADE AN ILLEGAL 180 DEG TURN ON THE RWY, AND ALSO ADVISED THE APCHING SMA DOING TOUCH AND GO LNDGS THAT HE MAY WANT TO MAKE A GO AROUND. I ESTIMATED THE SMA TO BE 1 MI FROM RWY 22 AT THE TIME I DEPARTED THE RWY. I HAD 2 OTHER PAX AND MY WIFE ABOARD. I BELIEVE THAT I HAD BEEN TOO CONCERNED AND ATTENTIVE WITH THEM, LEADING TO INAPPROPRIATE DECISIONS REGARDING MY FLYING RESPONSIBILITIES. TO CORRECT THIS TYPE ACTION IN THE FUTURE, I MUST ISOLATE MYSELF FROM OTHERS IN ACFT AND CONCENTRATE ON FLYING AND NAVIGATING THE ACFT.
