Narrative:
After IFR departure from ann arbor airport I established radio communication with detroit approach. Shortly after establishing contact I began to experience radio trouble and lost complete communication. I was able to get the radio to receive after a couple minutes but not transmit. I then responded to ATC instructions by identing my transponder, I was then vectored for the ILS 3 left at detroit metropolitan airport which I shot and landed then taxied to the cargo ramp with no transmitting capabilities throughout the entire time period.
